To express interest in our program, call our voicemail line, visit our website, or tell us in a message. We strive to have superior communication and will return all contacts within twenty-four (24) hours.
For information on Transfers, contact your Services Coordinator and your SC will walk you through the process and ensure your privacy is kept, including not sharing information on the provider you have chosen to transfer to.
It is important to remember that your current provider is responsible for payments up until your transfer effective date, and they should be held accountable for those payments.
Upon requesting a transfer you also have the right to not be harassed or mistreated by your transferring provider. Any issues with harassments or abuse, or failure to pay you, should be reported to your Services Coordinator and Consumer Rights Officer at your Local Authority.
